Welcome to India! Meet at the Delhi IGI Airport, transfer to Leela Ambience Convention Hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore New Delhi . Dinner at the Hotel between 19:00 – 22:00. Please note that our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00 to 22:00 from Delhi IGI Airport. Overnight in New Delhi.

Day 2 - New Delhi - BLTM day 1 - 18 Jan 2019

Breakfast between 07:00 – 09:00. Agency registration between 09:00 to 09:30. Your B2B Meetings at Exhibitor stands between 10:00 - 16:55. After the Exhibitor meetings we have Speed Networking at Hosted Buyer Lounge Area from 17:20 -18:20. During the fair time, you can enjoy your light lunch at the hosted buyer lounge between 13:35 to 14:35. Dinner at the hotel between 19:30 – 21:30. Please follow your appointment calendar on time. You must do at least 15 meetings. Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi.

Day 3 - New Delhi - BLTM day 2: 19 Jan 2019

Day 4 – New Delhi - End of Tour: 20 Jan 2019
