With a degree in landscaping, and family business in real estate and textiles, Monica started her destination events brand and online working website for destination weddings Wedding with a view in 2004, then sold it in 2016. In 2010 the Monica Balli Events Brand was created addressed to the higher end clientele both in private events and corporate events in the Mediterranean and Italy naturally her home country. In 2018 the brand incorporated leisure travel becoming a Virtuoso travel advisor. At the beginning of her career as planner her clients were mostly US and UK, today this segment has increased with a special focus on many more new outbound destination countries for weddings such as India, and peculiar segments for leisure travel such as Grand Prix VIP packages and the new 2021 venture for Contemporary arts for collectors. Launched February 15th 2022 after 2 yrs of work in progress with 16 well established international Planners IEC has been launched globally opening 23 countries with 18 planners and 80 apprenticeship partners and growing. Monica Balli Events is in charge of Italy as Country partner examiner and acts as Global Coordinator for Aja Europe for the certification. Monica has been a member of YPO since 2017 and an Honorary member to DLC since 2021.
