EMITT Tourism Expo is one of the 5 biggest tourism fairs in the world and we know that, you had a busy schedule at the fair with your meetings; So we designed different special Turkey Fam trips including lovely and stunning destinations of Anatolia and cosmopolitan cultural center of Turkey, Istanbul. Our programmes includes neverending history, beauties of nature, different amazing cultural lives, delicious Turkish cuisine from West to East and some of the best skiing resorts of the world. We selected some the most exciting different destinations for you to Explore and Experience involving with Turkish Hospitality.
Day 1 - Istanbul - Arrival Day - 30 Jan 2019

Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport, transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul . Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00am to 22:00pm from Ataturk Airport.
Day 2 - Istanbul - EMITT Tourism Expo - 31 Jan 2019
Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner Included
After breakfast at 09:00 am depart for EMITT Tourism Expo Your B2B Meetings at Exhibitors takes place 10:00am -16:00. After the Exhibitors meeting we have Speed Networking at Hosted Buyer Lounge Area at 16:30 -18:00pm. After Speed networking, we will have Gala Dinner at Exhibition Center at 19:00 pm -22:00pm, after Gala Dinner we do the transfers to your hotel. During to expo time, you can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of Hosted Buyers. Please follow your appointment Calendar on time. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3 - Istanbul - EMITT Tourism Expo – 01 Feb 2019

After breakfast we depart at 09:00am for EMITT Tourism Expo for B2B Speed Networking between 10:00 - 12:00 hrs. And between 13:30 - 15:30 you’ll have time for B2B Meetings at Exhibitors stands. You can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of hosted buyers during expo time. As well there will be Exhibitors B2B Speed Networking between 16:00 – 17:00. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 1 - Ankara – Travel Expo Ankara 2019 Tourism Fair (14 November 2019, Thursday)

Travel Expo Ankara is one of the most important meeting venues of Turkey and the capital city Ankara. With 4th in a row, it will be performed by the support of Tourism Ministry of Turkey in ATO Congresium for 250 participants, 51.00 visitors from 21 countries. After breakfast at 09:00 am, we depart for Travel Expo Fair Your B2B Meetings at Exhibitors stands between 10:00am -16:00pm. After the Exhibitors meeting we have Speed Networking at Hosted Buyer Lounge Area at 16:30 -18:00pm. After Speed networking, we will have Gala Dinner. And after Gala Dinner we do the transfers to your hotel. During to fair time, you can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of hosted buyers. Please follow your appointment Calendar on time. Overnight in Ankara
Day 5 - Istanbul - End of the Tour - 03 Feb 2019

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer back to Istanbul Ataturk airport. - You should be a Travel Agency, Tour Operator or MICE & Wedding Organizers who are willing to promote Turkey.
- You should meet with minimum 23 different Exhibitors during the expo times.
- On 01 February 2019, you will have Speed Networking between 16.15 -18.00pm and on 02 February 2019 the Speed Networking is at between 10.00 -12.00 am., attendance is obligatory.
- You should follow up our program and schedule.
- You are allowed to bring one of your colleague with you. But he or she also should visit and meet with 23 different Exhibitors in a day.
- We will share your details with EMITT Expo organization and they will arrange your appointments with exhibitors and buyers.
- We will arrange 4 and 5 Star hotel accommodation for you between 31 January - 02 February 2019.
- If requested any official papers from your side to keep in our records, than you should provide it accordingly.
- You should bring your business cards with you.
- If you are not able to provide that you are a travel agency than we may cancel your Hosted Buyer reservation with us.
- We are responsible only for the mentioned included services in the itinerary listed.
- This programme will be only for Hosted Buyers for EMITT Tourism Expo between 31 Jan. - 03 Feb. 2019 by WorkShop TravelShop.
