Day 1 – Arrival in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport - 12 May 2026 Tuesday

Arrival & Welcome Bangkok Thailand.Welcome to Thailand! Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok), you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel in Pattaya. Shuttle services to Pattaya operate every 2 hours all day long, starting from 06:00 AM until 11:55 PM.Upon arrival in Pattaya, you will check in at Unique Regency Pattaya. After check-in, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore Pattaya — one of Thailand’s most vibrant coastal cities, known for its beautiful beaches, lively atmosphere, and rich cultural experiences. In the evening, you are invited to join the Welcome Dinner hosted by the organizers, taking place from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Overnight stay in Pattaya.
Day 2 – International Tourism Asia Summit Pattaya Conference & B2B Networking Pattaya, Thailand - 13 May 2026 | Wednesday
(Breakfast – Lunch – Gala Dinner Included)
After breakfast, attend the International Tourism Asia Summit Pattaya Conference from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, the Half-Day B2B Networking Sessions will take place from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, providing valuable opportunities to strengthen business partnerships and open doors to new global collaborations.
After the networking sessions, you will have time to relax and refresh before the evening program.
Event Schedule
After breakfast, the event program will proceed as follows:
• 09:00 – 09:30 | Registration
• 09:30 – 12:00 | B2B Meetings
• 12:00 – 14:00 | Lunch Break
• 14:00 – 18:00 | Exhibitor B2B Speed Networking
• 20:00 – 23:00 | Gala Dinner. Enjoy an exclusive Yacht Dinner experience ( Please note that the dress code will be Business Formal Attire.)
After the event, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Pattaya.
Day 3 – Pattaya City Tour - 14 May 2026 | Thursday
(Breakfast & Light Lunch and Rooftop Party Included)
After breakfast, enjoy a guided Pattaya City Tour, with pick-up from the hotel at 10:30 AM. Lunch will be served at 12:00 PM, followed by a visit to the famous Gems Gallery from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. After the tour, return to the hotel at approximately 5:00 PM.
In the evening, continue the experience with a Rooftop Party from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM, offering a vibrant atmosphere and networking opportunity.

Day 4 – Bangkok City Tour - 15 May 2026 Friday

After breakfast , we begin our trip to Bangkok our pick up time is at 11:00 am,
City Tour in Bangkok follwed by transfer to 5 Star hotel in Bangkok city and Dinner by host.
- 11:00 – 14:00 | Lunch with group
- 15:00 – |check in at Hotel
- 20:00 – 23:30 | Farewell hosted Dinner at Thai Resturant in Bangkok City.
Day 5 – End of Tour and Transfer to Bangkok Airport -16 May 2026 Saturday

After Breakfast, Shuttle buses will leave for the Suvarnabhumi Airport BANGKOK. Please kindly check shuttle service pick up time with your flight time. Once the payment has been processed and your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice.
- Registration & Flight Ticket Submission Your registration is considered complete only after the full payment has been received. To ensure seamless logistics, all participants are required to submit their flight tickets no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date. * Important: Participants who fail to provide their flight details within this timeframe will forfeit their right to complimentary airport-hotel transfers and will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.
- Punctuality & Tour Schedule To maintain the efficiency of the program and respect the schedule of all attendees, the tour will proceed exactly at the designated times.The bus or tour group will not be held responsible for late arrivals beyond 10 minutes. Participants who are not at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be responsible for catching up with the group at their own expense or will miss that portion of the itinerary.
- Dress Code We kindly ask all participants to adhere to the specified dress code for each scheduled event and session. Professional or smart-casual attire is expected unless otherwise stated in the itinerary. For Gala Dinner is strictly formal. Roof Top Party is White Party semi-formal.
