Day 1 - Istanbul - Arrival Day - 10 September 2017
Dinner Included
Welcome to Turkey! Meeting our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul till 18.30hrs. At 18.30 pick up from hotel to Welcome Dinner at Double Tree Hilton Hotel Topkapı till 22.00. After Welcome Dinner we are driving back to Elite World Europe Hotel. Overnight is at Elite World Europe Istanbul. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00am and 23:00pm from Ataturk Airport.

Day 2 - Istanbul – Full Day B2B WorkShop - 11 September 2017

Breakfast Between 07:00 am – 09:00 am. Agency registration between 09:00am and 09:30. We have full day B2B Networking between 09:30am and 17:00pm. Please follow your Workshop Calendar for coffee break and lunch. This evening we have Gala Dinner at the hotel between 19:30pm and 22:30pm. Overnight is at Elite World Europe Istanbul.

Day 3 – Istanbul – Half Day B2B WorkShop – Dinner Cruise - 12 September 2017

Breakfast Betwen 07:00 am – 09:00 am. Agency registration between 09:00am and 09:30am. We have Half day B2B Networking between 09:30am and 12:15pm. Lunch break until 13:40 and at 14:00 we depart for Istanbul City Tour. Visit to Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia, Hippodrome and Blue Mosque. After the city tour at 16.30, we will visit one of our sponsor’s fashion show. After fashion show at 17.30 we are departing for Bosphorus Cruise. After the cruise we are attending to the Workshop Farewell Dinner at Pullman Hotel until 22.30. After dinner we drive back to the hotel. Overnight is at Elite World Europe Istanbul.

Day 4 - Istanbul Half Day City Tour & End of Tour - 13 September 2017

After breakfast, at 10:00am departure for GRAND (COVERED) BAZAAR. In this labyrinth of streets and passages are more than 4,000 shops with each trade having its own area: the goldsmiths' street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as handpainted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brassware and trays, water ewers, onyx-ware and meerschaum pipes. After Grand Bazaar we have lunch break at 12:30pm and after lunch we depart for Istanbul Ataturk airport to fly back home.
