Transfers will pick you up at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi and transport

You to the hotel for a seamless check-in and Relaxation.

Day 2 – SATTE TRAVEL EXHIBITION 2027| 19 January 2027, Tuesday

(Breakfast, working lunch at Hosted Buyer Lounge )

09:00 – Transfer from hotel to the fair venue

10:00 – 12:30 – Business meetings, product presentations, and networking

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch at the fair venue

13:30 – 17:00 – Final round of B2B meetings and networking sessions

17:30 – Transfer back to the hotel

Spend the evening relaxing, enjoying the Hotel amenities, or joining optional social activities.

11:30 – 13:00 – Final Reimbursement process for International flights.

                          Please make sure to collect and fill out the relevant documents ahead of the last day

                          E.g., ticket copy, payment proofs etc for an easy reimbursement process.
