Day 1 - Cyprus - Arrival Day - 13 November 2017

Welcome to Cyprus! Meeting our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Cyprus till 19:00hrs. Between 19:00 – 22:00pm we have Welcome dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Cyprus. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00am and 22:00pm from Ercan Airport.
Day 2 - Cyprus – Full Day B2B WorkShop – 14 November 2017
Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner Included
Breakfast Betwen 07:00 am – 09:00 am. Agency registration between 09:00am and 09:30 Openning Ceremony. We have full day B2B Networking between 10.00am and 17:00. Today evening we have welcome Gala Dinner at the hotel between 19:30pm and 22:30pm. Overnight in Cyprus.
Day 3 – Cyprus – Full Day Cyprus City Tour – 15 November 2017
Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner Included
After Breakfast, we are departing for our Cyprus City tour at 10.00am. We will visit the most beautiful and historical side of North Cyprus today.We will visit Saint Hilarion Castle and after free time around the port and see The Bellapais Manestry depart for hotel. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Cyprus.
Day 4 – Cyprus – End of the Workshop and Fam Trip – 16 November 2017

Today after breakfast, we check out from hotel. We’ll make your airport transfer to Cyprus Ercan Airport, according to your Flight time. If you are joining to the fam trips in Turkey, we recommend you to book your Flights before 13.00pm, Your Turkey Tour starts at 13.30pm in Istanbul. - You should meet with minimum 30 different exhibitors during B2B Networking times
- You should follow up our programmes and time schedule.
- You are allowed to bring one of your colleagues with you. But he or she also should visit and meet with 30 different exhibitors every day.
- We will arrange complimentary 5 star hotel accommodation for you between 13 – 16TH November 2017.
- If any official papers are required from you in order to keep in our records, then you should provide it accordingly.
- You should bring your business cards with you.
- If you fail to prove that you are a travel agency or tour operator, then we may cancel your hosted buyer reservation.
- We are responsible only for the mentioned included services above in the itinerary.
- Only luxury hosted buyers are invited to this program. Therefore, the requirements of this program must be fulfilled.
- We have the right to make any chances within the scope of the program.
- We will charge only a symbolic amount of payment for your registration fees. Please understand that some agencies don’t show up although they get registered. When they don’t show up, the exhibitors don’t feel happy with this situation.
