Day 1 - Cyprus - Arrival Day - 13th November 2017

Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport, transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to rest at the hotel or explore Cyprus . Welcome Dinner for Hosted Buyers at the Hotel. Overnight in Cyprus. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00am to 22:00pm from Ercan Airport.
Day 2 - Cyprus - Full Day B2B Workshop - 14th November 2017

After breakfast, at 09:00 am B2B Workshop at our hotel begins. Your B2B Meetings at Exhibitors’ tables are between 10.00am – 17.00pm. Tonight we will have Gala Dinner at 19.00 pm – 22.00pm During the Workshop Programme, you can enjoy your lunch and coffee breaks. Please follow your appointment calender on time. Overnight in Cyprus.
Day 3 - Cyprus - Full Day Cyprus City Tour - 15th November 2017

After breakfast we depart for the full day Cyprus City Tour at 10.00am where you can enjoy the cultural, historical sides of Cyprus and will love to stroll on the streets with cafes and local life. Tonight you will have a Farewell dinner specially for you. Overnight in Cyprus.
Day 4 - Cyprus to Istanbul - 16th November 2017

Today after breakfast, we check out from hotel. We’ll make your airport transfer to Cyprus Ercan Airport to Istanbul. (Flight will be on your own arrangement.) Arrival to Istanbul Ataturk Airport and transfer to your hotel. Check in to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel and Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 5 - Istanbul City Tour - 17 November 2017

Pick up at 08:30am from your hotel for the a day tour of old Istanbul city. Visit to TOPKAPI PALACE The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of cyrstal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 17th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. After the visit to Hippodrome we will visit the unique Punto Leather Factory’s Leather Fashion Show. Lunch will be at Buhara Restaurant at 13:00pm. After the lunch Murtis Tour will then take you to the GRAND COVERED BAZAAR In this labyrinth of streets and passages are more then 4,000 shops with each trade having its own area: the goldsmiths' street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as handpainted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brassware and trays, water ewers, onyx-ware and meerschaum pipes. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 6 - Istanbul - End of Tour - 18 November 2017

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer back to Istanbul Ataturk airport. - You should be a Travel Agency, Tour Operator or MICE & wedding organizer who wants to promote Cyprus.
- You should meet with minimum 30 different exhibitors during B2B Networking times
- You should follow up our programmes and time schedule.
- You are allowed to bring one of your colleagues with you. But he or she also should visit and meet with 30 different exhibitors every day.
- We will arrange complimentary 5 star hotel accommodation for you between 13 – 16TH November 2017.
- If any official papers are required from you in order to keep in our records, then you should provide it accordingly.
- You should bring your business cards with you.
- If you fail to prove that you are a travel agency or tour operator, then we may cancel your hosted buyer reservation.
- We are responsible only for the mentioned included services above in the itinerary.
- Only luxury hosted buyers are invited to this program. Therefore, the requirements of this program must be fulfilled.
- We have the right to make any chances within the scope of the program.
- We will charge only a symbolic amount of payment for your registration fees. Please understand that some agencies don’t show up although they get registered. When they don’t show up, the exhibitors don’t feel happy with this situation.
