B2B WORKSHOP IN DUBAI ITINERARY

Day 1 – Dubai – 21 April 2018
On 21st April 2018 we are organizing B2B workshops and a Gala Dinner in Dubai.
From Turkey, 25 different companies, including travel agencies, hotels,
ballooning companies, cave hotels, wedding organizers, MICE and Incentive event
companies and Turkish Tourism Boards are with us during our workshops in Dubai.
We are organizing Fam Trips to Turkey, Vietnam and Balkan Countries and we will
organize lucky draw during our
workshop on 21st April 2018 and we are
in cooperation with Turkish Tourism Board.
This program will grow your business in a friendly atmosphere in which you will
have fun and also develop your social circle. Also you will have a chance to
participate in our Fam Trips.

- Please stay at the Workshop area during the event and consider the available exhibitors who are not in meeting, will be available for b2b networkings with you even you do not have appointment.
- Every Visitor, Hosted Buyer, Exhibitor should wear the identification badges at all time
- Attendees should kindly participate to all activities during the event.
- Only the registered participant can enter to the event hall. Anyone who doesn’t have an indentification badge can not attend to the area.
- Hosted Buyers should kindly have enough business cards during the event for b2b Meetings and fam trips.
- The Hosted Buyers are not kindly allowed to promote and advertise themselves for incoming of their products.
- Please note that you should wear your badge during the Workshop and Gala Dinner.
- Hosted Buyers are expected to have a minimum of 15 B2B appointments.
- Please pay attention, It is not allowed to make their own incoming during Workshop & Gala Dinner and promote their own brochures.
- We will kindly inform you, that only outgoing tour operators can attend workshop and gala dinner event. Incoming Agencies, companies from the hoteliers or other sectors participate is not allowed.
- Even if you don't have an appointment, you have the opportunity to visit Exhibitors that are empty in the workshop area.
- Please do not enter incorrect information as a host member, they are not permitted to participate in the event.
- The Company is responsible for all the information it has entered during registration. Please note, If any persons or companies that have been found to be deficient or to have acted in their own interests in order to exceed the host buyer filter are excluded from the activity and Black list will be taken in the system.
