EMITT Tourism Fair is one of the 5 biggest tourism fairs in the world and we know that, you had a busy schedule at the fair with your meetings; So we designed different special Turkey Fam trips including lovely and stunning destinations of Anatolia and cosmopolitan cultural center of Turkey, Istanbul. Our programmes are including neverending history, beauties of nature, different amazing cultural lives, delicious Turkish cuisine from West to east and some of the best skiing resorts of the world. We selected some the most exciting different destinations for you to explore and Experience with involving in with Turkish Hospitality.
Day 1 - Istanbul - Arrival Day - 24 Jan 2018 Wednesday

Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport, transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul . Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00am to 22:00pm from Ataturk Airport.
Day 2 - Istanbul – EMITT Tourism Fair - 25 Jan 2018 Thursday

After breakfast at 09:00 am depart for EMITT Tourism Fair Your B2B Meetings at Exhibitors’ stands between 10.00am – 16.00pm. After the Exhibitors’ meeting we have Speed Networking at Hosted Buyer Lounge Area at 16.30 – 18.00pm. After Speed networking, we will have Gala Dinner at Exhibition Center at 19.00 pm – 22.00pm, after Gala Dinner we do the transfers to your hotel. During to fair time, you can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of hosted buyers. Please follow your appointment calender on time. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3 – Istanbul – EMITT Tourism Fair - 26 Jan 2018 Friday

After breakfast we depart at 09.00am for EMITT Tourism Fair for B2B Speed Networking between 10:30-11:30 hrs. And between 13.00-17.30 You’ll have time for B2B Meetings at Exhibitors’ stands. You can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of hosted buyers during fair time. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 4 - Istanbul – EMITT Tourism Fair & End of Tour - 27 Jan 2018 Saturday

After breakfast, at 09.00 am depart for EMITT Tourism Fair for B2B Networking between 10.00am and 13.00 pm. At 14.00 we are meeting at the Hosted Buyer Lounge, and if you are joining one of our fam trips you will continue the programme.İf not we will transfer you to Atatürk Airport. We look forward to seeing you in the future on another TravelShop Turkey organisation. Have a safe trip back home and thanks for choosing TravelShop Turkey. Note: There are two airports in Istanbul. Istanbul Ataturk airport is 20 km away from city center and Sabiha Gokcen airport is 55 km away from city center. Transfer from Ataturk airport to your hotel is included, if you arrive to Sabiha Gokcen airport please contact us for transfer rates

- You should be a Travel Agency, Tour Operator or MICE & Wedding Organisers who wants to promote Turkey.
- You should meet with minimum 8 different Exhibitors during to fair times and totally you will meet 24 Exhibitors.
- On 26th of January 2018, you will have Speed Networking between 16.30 – 18.00 pm and on 27th of January 2018 the Speed Networking is at between 10.30 – 11.30am., attending accordingly is required.
- You should follow up our programmes and times Schedule.
- You are allowed to bring one of your colleague with you. But he or she also should visit and meet with 8 different Exhibitors in a day.
- We will share your details with EMITT organisation fair and they will arrange your appointments with Exhibitors and buyers.
- We will arrange 4 and 5 Star hotel accommodation for you between 24 – 27 January 2018.
- If requested any official papers from your side to keep in our records, than you should provide it accordingly.
- You should bring your business card with you.
- If you are not able to provide that you are a travel agencies, than we may cancel your hosted-buyer reservation with us.
- We are the responsible only for the mentioned included services above in the itinerary.
- Please make your registration untill 30th November 2017.
- This programme will be only for Hosted-Buyers for EMITT Tourism Fair during to 24 – 27 January 2018 by TravelShop Turkey.
