Day 1: Arrival Day – 13 May 2019

Today is your arrival day. Our airport transfer service is from Ercan Airport is between 07.00 am to 22.00 pm hrs. Check-in to the hotel .Welcome Dinner at evening with entertainment. Overnight in the Hotel.

B2B Meetings between 10:00 and 11:30.

Lunch between 12:40 and 13:50.
B2B Meetings between 13:50 and 15:30.
Coffee break between 15:30 and 15:40.
B2B Meetings between 15:40 and 17:00.
Please follow your Workshop Calendar for coffee break and lunch. This evening we have Gala Dinner at the hotel between 19:30 and 22:30. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3: – Nicosia and Kyrenia City Tour– 15 May 2019

Full Day Nicosia and Kyrenia City Tour and Inspection. Dinner for the evening at the Hotels and overnight in the Hotel.
Day 4: Airport Transfer – 16 May 2019
