We organize this event of Luxury B2B Wedding and M.I.C.E. Workshop with other sponsors. The form with the information filled out by you along with your references to be categorized as for Fully Hosted Buyers, Half Hosted Buyers and Semi-Hosted Buyer Programs by March 15th, 2019.
There is no visa requirement for Northern Cyprus from many countries around the world. Our invitation for your reservation is sufficient enough. As for FAM Trip continuation onto Turkey, you do need to get a valid entry visa.
Our Hosted Buyer can bring only one partner with him/her in our Hosted Buyer Program. 2nd person from the same company can join in but not covered for Fully, Half or Semi Hosted Buyer status and need to cover his/her own expenses. They can always take advantage of our Hosted Buyer Programs for themselves with land arrangements organized by us during the trips.
We organize a 5 star Hotel accommodation with all-inclusive concept in Northern Cyprus that includes all meals and drinks throughout.
Fully Hosted Buyers provided international flight tickets and land arrangement by us for the proven track of qualification; having accomplished 5 Weddings or 10 different M.I.C.E. events over 300 pax outside the country. You need to abide by the program and fulfil the appointment set and deliver your file to our team.
Half Hosted Buyers provided flight aid as 250 Euros for India & Asia-Pacific, 200 Euros for America and Latin Countries, 100 Euros for Europe and Balkans having proven track of qualification of 2 Weddings or 5 different M.I.C.E events over 150 pax outside the country.
The flight ticket aid for Half Hosted Buyers will be paid upon the delivery of appointments after the completion of the event by 14th.

The ones that do not meet the requirements above but still have a good Market potential with and interest to promote Cyprus, (We cover all land services included in the program, b2b workshop event ,accommodation,transportation,tour and gala dinners.) having proven track of qualification of at least 1 Wedding or 2 different M.I.C.E events over 100 pax abroad or domestically.

Once you are online and active in the system, you will see MY APPOINTMENT link to the right side on your screen that will open up the calendar with the whole availability list as you double click onto. You can always filter it down to the category of the firms and review the profiles when double clicked. This new window will let you text or request for an appointment.
Your request should be confirmed in return that are colour coded “green” It works vice versa that you may confirm or cancel the incoming requests within 5 days. Hosted Buyers, especially needs to reach to the number of appointments set by the regulations, 45 days prior to the event.
You may print your event badge in PDF format through the Profile page once you log in.
