Day 1 – Urgench-Khiva, Uzbekistan Arrival Day & Welcome Dinner (24/08/2026) Monday (Dinner Included)
Arrive at Urgench airport from Istanbul. (Administration city in Khorezm region). Meet & Greet your Transfer guides. You will be greeted by a member of our team and transferred to Khiva – a historical city, and accommodation. (60 km, 1 h.). Evening walking tour in Ichan kala Castle, known as the “Open-Air Museum.” Dinner will begin. Overnight in Khiva. Day 2– Urgench-Tashkent City Tour, Uzbekistan (25/08/2026)Tuesday (Breakfast, lunch, dinner Included)
After breakfast, transfer from Khiva to Urgench airport. Departure to Tashkent. Arrive to Tashkent Transfer to the hotel. Check in. Welcome dinner. Overnight in Tashkent.
Day 3 – Ecotourism & Sustainable Tourism Conference & B2B Networking, Tashkent, Uzbekistan (26/08/2026) Wednesday (Breakfast, Local Lunch, and Gala Dinner Included)

Day 4 - Tashkent City Tour, Uzbekistan (27/08/2026)Thursday (Breakfast, lunch, dinner included) 10:00 to 12:30 pm, we start our city tour in Tashkent,
12:30 to 14:30a lunch of local Uzbek cuisine.
15:00 to 17:00, we will visit the Orient Bazaar and have a shopping opportunity in a local market.
19:00 to 22:30 We will have a Farewell dinner. Overnight in Tashkent
Day 5 – Tashkent, Samarkand, Uzbekistan – (28/08/2026)Friday (Breakfast, lunch, dinner included) From 10:00 am, departure to the train station to Samarkand (Historical City) by HST (High Speed Train) Time taken- 2 hrs. 15 mins by HST. Meet with the guide at the Train station. We will start the city tour in Samarkand. We will continue to discover Samarkand, home to many tales that have been told for centuries. Overnight in Samarkand.
Day 6 – Samarkand, Bukhara, Uzbekistan – (29/08/2026)Saturday (Breakfast, lunch included) After breakfast, check out and departure to Bukhara by train or bus. Arrive to Bukhara. We will explore Bukhara. Walking tour in the ancient city of Bukhara. After lunch, transfer to the airport, end of tour, and departure to Istanbul with flight Uzbekistan Airways - HY24, TK Turkish Airlines – TK 363 After Lunch, we depart to be sent off to the airport via transfer services provided.

- No-Show & Refund Policy Please be advised that the rates provided for this program are specially discounted. Therefore, a strict No-Show Policy is in effect. Once the payment has been processed and your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice.
- Registration & Flight Ticket Submission: Your registration is considered complete only after the full payment has been received. To ensure seamless logistics, all participants are required to submit their flight tickets no later than 3 weeks before the event date. * Important: Participants who fail to provide their flight details within this timeframe will forfeit their right to complimentary airport-hotel transfers and will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.
- Punctuality & Tour Schedule To maintain the efficiency of the program and respect the schedule of all attendees, the tour will proceed exactly at the designated times. The bus or tour group will not be held responsible for late arrivals beyond 10 minutes.
- Participants who are not at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be responsible for catching up with the group at their own expense or will miss that portion of the itinerary.
