Fully Hosted Buyers provided international flight tickets and land arrangement by us for the proven track of qualification; having accomplished 6 different M.I.C.E and Wedding organizations, Congress and Events, Business Travels for over 350 pax outside country or these events may include hosting 35 different “Group Series” of minimum 30 pax per each group. You need to abide by the program and fulfil the appointment set and deliver your file to our team at the end of the event.

Semi Hosted Buyers provided land services including hotel accommodation, airport transfers as mentioned within the itinerary, having proven track of qualification of 4 M.I.C.E and Wedding organizations, Congress and Events, Business Travels over 300 pax outside country as well as hosting 25 different “Group Series” of minimum 30 pax per each group. You need to abide by the program and fulfil the appointment set and deliver your file to our team at the end of the event.

We organize this event of ACE of M.I.C.E. Exhibition by Turkish Airlines in Turkey with sponsors. The form with the information filled out by you along with your references to be categorized as for Fully Hosted Buyers and Semi-Hosted Buyer Programs by November 25th 2019.

Our Hosted Buyer can bring only one partner with him/her in our Hosted Buyer Program. 2nd person from the same company can join in but not covered for Fully or Semi Hosted Buyer status and need to cover his/her own expenses. They can always take advantage of our Hosted Buyer Programs for themselves with land arrangements organized by us during the trips.

We organize 4-5 star hotels for accommodation and you will be able to see the hotels in your profile once activated.
