HOW TO JOIN AS A HOSTED BUYER?

Please register through our Hosted Buyer application form and fill out all necessary information in detail and as requested. We organize this event of Cappadocia Workshop with the support of other sponsors. The form with the information filled out by you along with your references will be our guide for the selection of Fully Hosted Buyers, Half Hosted Buyers and Semi-Hosted Buyer Programs as we make the decision along with our organization partners.

HOW WE SELECT THE STATUS?

We organize this event with Historical & Cultural Groups and Luxury Tourism in mind, in Turkey with the support of sponsors. The form with the information filled out by you along with your references to be categorized as for Fully Hosted Buyers, Half Hosted Buyers and Semi-Hosted Buyer Programs by August 25th, 2019. To join to our B2B Cappadocia WorkShop event as well as historically and naturally themed Fam Trips, we have the 3 options of Full, Half and Semi Hosted Buyer status for you. Our purpose is to invite the Tour operators / agencies who show interest in promoting Turkey, paying their flight tickets for Fully Hosted Buyers and helping with the cost of flight tickets for Half Hosted Buyer and land services provided for Semi Hosted Buyers.

FULLY HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM

Fully Hosted Buyers provided international flight tickets and land arrangement by us for the proven track of qualification; having accomplished 5 different Historical & Cultural Groups and Luxury Tourism events for over 300 pax outside country and/or these events may include hosting 30 different “Group Series” of minimum 30 pax per each group. You need to abide by the program and fulfil the appointment set and deliver your file to our team at the end of the event for approval.

HALF HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM

Half Hosted Buyers provided flight aid as 200 Euros for India & Asia-Pacific, 250 Euros for America and Latin Countries, 100 Euros for Europe and Balkans having proven track of qualification of 3 different Historical & Cultural Groups and Luxury Tourism events for over 300 pax outside country and/or these events may include Historical & Cultural Groups and Luxury Tourism as well as hosting 20 different “Group Series” of minimum 30 pax per each group. You need to abide by the program and fulfil the appointment set and deliver your file to our team at the end of the event for approval.

SEMI HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM

The ones that do not meet the requirements above but still have a good Market Share with willingness to promote Turkey with Historical & Cultural Groups and potential Luxury Tourism interest, will be registered as Semi Hosted Buyer and explore our B2B Cappadocia Workshop event and Fam Trips. Your land services to be provided by us. In order to take advantage of the Hosted Buyer Programs above, you need to fulfil your appointments and get signed by other parties, delivering the files to our team at the end of the event for approval.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Fully Hosted Buyers will be provided the flight tickets upon confirmation by our team members.

The amount as listed above for Half Hosted Buyers to be reimbursed by cash or through your credit card.

Any misinformation or not following the program as required may cause of cancellation of your participations and reimbursement not taking effect.

VISAS FOR TURKEY

You do need to get a valid entry visa for Turkey in order to participate. Please check with relevant embassy or official authority in your country. We will provide an invitation letter once your status is confirmed that you can print off the system to ease the process.

BRINGING A PARTNER ALONG

Our Hosted Buyer can bring only one partner with him/her in our Hosted Buyer Program. 2nd person from the same company can join in but not covered for Fully, Half or Semi Hosted Buyer status and need to cover his/her own expenses. However, they can always take advantage of our Hosted Buyer Programs for themselves with land arrangements organized by us during the trips.
