He was the founder secretary and 1st president of FOREM. He is the Patron for Miss Rajasthan and Mrs Rajasthan, Expert Advisor at Jaipur Marathon and Mentor at the Indian Institute of Event Management and Research. Event Guru Arshad is the Global conveyer of "Event Managers Day" which is observed in more than 50 countries.
