H.E Mr Elvis Antonio Alam Lora
The Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Turkey atMr. Elvis Louis Alam was born in San Pedro de Macoris, in the Dominican Republic, a city that from the end of the 19th century until the 1920’s welcomed many Lebanese. Mr. Alam, a Civil Engineer, graduated in 1984 from the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). He was Associate Professor at INTEC University from 1985 to1987 and Professor at O&M University from 1985 to 1990.
