Summary : We are organizing a B2B workshop in Ho Chi Minh City for the professionals. This is one of the best opportunities for you to meet with travel agents, hotels, transportation companies, rent-a-car companies, restaurants, mice and wedding event companies. Each company will hold 30 different appointments on 1 full day. Both hosted buyers and also exhibitors will make an appointment on our B2B system. They will have the opportunity to choose each other before the events start. This way, both hosted buyers and exhibitors will be able to prefer the right companies that suit them best. However, even if you cannot make an appointment with the company that you want to meet with, you will have a chance to meet them during social events such as dinner, lunch, and coffee break times.

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City! Meeting our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Saigon till 19:00hrs. Between 19:00 – 22:00PM we have Welcome dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. Day 2 - Ho Chi Minh City - Full Day B2B Workshop - 19 June 2018

Day 3 - Ho Chi Minh City - Saigon River Dinner Cruise - 20 June 2018

Breakfast between 06:00AM– 09:00AM. Depart for Saigon city tour. Visit to Unification Palace, Wars Crimes Remnant, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Opera House. Start your tour visiting the Reunification Palace, once a symbol of the South Vietnamese Government. It was here on 30 April 1975, that the war ended when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates. See the war room, the banquet hall and the presidential office with the unusual gifts which have been received. Next stop is the War Remnants Museum. Here, your guide will tell the story of the city’s darkest and most tragic hours during the Vietnam War. The museum contains displays of military aircraft, weaponry and many photographs – some that are quite graphic in nature. Finally, you will see the two iconic architectural landmarks the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office built between 1877 and 1883 by renowned designer Gustav Eiffel. The cathedral remains an active church with services each day and is favored backdrop for Vietnamese wedding photographs. From the cathedral, take a short stroll along Dong Khoi Street to the Opera House. From a bomb shelter to housing the parliamentary Lower House, the Opera House has had an interesting history. Restored in 1995 the Opera House has returned to its roots and is once again a theatre. You will be dropped at your hotel at 17:30 and prepare for dinner cruise starting 18:30 and ending at 21:00.

Day 4 - Saigon - Danang - Hoian - 21 June 2018

You are free shopping or relax until pick up and transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight to Danang. Up on arrival in Danang Airport, pick up and transfer to your hotel. You are free to relax and overnight in Hoian.

Day 5 - Hoi An Tour Visit - 22 June 2018

The UNESCO-listed historic center of Hoi An is one of Vietnam’s most visited attractions and a walking tour is the perfect way to soak up the atmosphere. This full-day shore excursion includes round-trip transfers; a visit to the Hoi An Old Town; a photo stop by the Japanese Covered Bridge; and a tour of Hoi An’s craft workshops. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 8 - Hanoi city tour - 25 June 2018

Start your morning with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the resting place of President Ho Chi Minh who led Vietnam to independence from French colonial rule. His preserved body has been an important landmark in the city since 1969, and a perfect place to learn more about Vietnam’s rich history and culture. From there, wander through the beautiful surrounding gardens toward the One Pillar Pagoda and the President Palace, where a replica of Ho Chi Minh’s simple working space is on display. Afterward, set out toward the Temple of Literature, the oldest university in Hanoi and a perfect example of ancient architecture built in homage to the Scholar Confucius. Delicious lunch will be served in a local restaurant. Later board a “cyclo”, traditional bicycle rickshaws that move at a leisurely pace that’s perfect for photos and slow-moving sightseeing. Sit back and relax while your driver weaves through some of the Old Quarter’s busiest streets, dodging speeding motorbikes and rolling past French colonial houses on the way to your next destination. Old quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple to enrich your photo album, strolling around the narrow and busy streets of Old quarters where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and relaxing while watching one-hour water puppet show. After the show, we will take you to a very nice restaurant for dinner. Overnight in Hanoi.
