Summary : We are organizing a B2B workshop in Ho Chi Minh City for the professionals. This is one of the best opportunities for you to meet with travel agents, hotels, transportation companies, rent-a-car companies, restaurants, mice and wedding event companies. Each company will hold 30 different appointments on 1 full day. Both hosted buyers and also exhibitors will make an appointment on our B2B system. They will have the opportunity to choose each other before the events start. This way, both hosted buyers and exhibitors will be able to prefer the right companies that suit them best. However, even if you cannot make an appointment with the company that you want to meet with, you will have a chance to meet them during social events such as dinner, lunch, and coffee break times.

Day 1 - Ho Chi Minh City - Arrival Day - 18 June 2018

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City! Meeting our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Saigon till 19:00hrs. Between 19:00 – 22:00PM we have Welcome dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00 am and 23:00pm from Tan Son Nhat Airport.

Day 2 - Ho Chi Minh City - Full Day - B2B Workshop - 19 June 2018

Day 3 - Ho Chi Minh City - Saigon River Dinner Cruise - 20 June 2018

Breakfast between 06:00AM– 09:00AM. Depart for Saigon city tour. Visit to Unification Palace, Wars Crimes Remnant, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Opera House. Start your tour visiting the Reunification Palace, once a symbol of the South Vietnamese Government. It was here on 30 April 1975, that the war ended when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates. See the war room, the banquet hall and the presidential office with the unusual gifts which have been received. Next stop is the War Remnants Museum. Here, your guide will tell the story of the city’s darkest and most tragic hours during the Vietnam War. The museum contains displays of military aircraft, weaponry and many photographs – some that are quite graphic in nature. Finally, you will see the two iconic architectural landmarks the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office built between 1877 and 1883 by renowned designer Gustav Eiffel. The cathedral remains an active church with services each day and is favored backdrop for Vietnamese wedding photographs. From the cathedral, take a short stroll along Dong Khoi Street to the Opera House. From a bomb shelter to housing the parliamentary Lower House, the Opera House has had an interesting history. Restored in 1995 the Opera House has returned to its roots and is once again a theatre. You will be dropped at your hotel at 17:30 and prepare for dinner cruise starting 18:30 and ending at 21:00.

Day 4 - Saigon Mekong Delta - Vinh Long Homestay - 21 June 2018

Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City right in the early noon, you will have chance to enjoy the peaceful life of Mekong delta in our two-day tour at the Mekong. Vinhlong will welcome you and offer you a chance to stay with locals and join their daily activities. During the two days, you will do the gardening with local host, such as plucking the fruits, taking care for the orchards and cooking local meal. Besides, you will spend time in floating market, the ancient house and traditional handicraft workshop of making products from fruits as well as listen to Don Ca Tai Tu - the intangible cultural heritage site of Vietnam. The tour is more fascinated when you meet and talk to local people to understand more about their culture values and their Mekong lifestyle. Surely, you will have an unforgettable experience in our Mekong two-day tour at home-stay. You will be transferred from Ho Chi Minh City downtown to Cai Be town. Up on arriving in Cai Be, you will be welcomed by the hospitable smile of the host and invited some fresh fruits before embarking on boat to visit Cai Be Floating Market and traditional handicraft villages. You'll have an opportunity to talk to the sellers on their boats. The boat will then lead you to the home-stay on An Binh Island for checking-in and having delicious dinner with hosts. Stay overnight at the home-stay.

Day 5 - Vinh Long Mekong Delta - Saigon - 22 June 2018

After breakfast, our guide will guide you to explore more the An Binh Island by bike. You will visit kinder garden if it is school day. Stopping at a local farmer’s house to learn how to make Jackfruit leaf cake and then cycling to Bonsai garden and talking to him to understand how local farmers take care for their gardens, then try plucking the fruits and tasting them. After cycling back to Mekong Rustic, taking short rest and check-out at about 11:00. Then the small boat will transfer you back to the tourist boat for driving back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6 - Saigon - 23 June 2018
