Day 1 – Arrival in Istanbul - 4 February 2026
Welcome to Türkiye! Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore Istanbul — a city where continents meet and history breathes in every corner.. Arrival transfers available between 07:00 and 22:00 from Istanbul Airport. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2 – EMITT Tourism Expo & B2B Networking - 5 February 2026

After breakfast, we depart at 09:00 for EMITT Tourism Expo, where your professional journey begins.

After breakfast, we head once again to EMITT for another fruitful day of business networking and tourism collaboration.

Day 4 – Istanbul City Tour & Cappadocia by Domestic Fligt - 7 February 2026

After breakfast, we begin our Istanbul City Tour and discover the timeless heritage of the city: Hippodrome of Constantinople, Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpentine Column, Column of Constantine, Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque), Exterior view and photo stop at Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. We will also visit a traditional Turkish gift shop where you can purchase spices, Turkish delights, baklava, coffee, ceramics, olive-oil products, souvenirs, and more — all at excellent prices. After the tour transfer to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport Cappadocia. Cappadocia — Where Dreams Meet History. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
Overnight in Cappadocia. Please Note: If you would like to participate in the Hot Air Balloon tour the next morning, please inform your guide in advance.

Day 5 – Full-Day Cappadocia Tour - 8 February 2026

A full day to explore the magic of Cappadocia!
We will visit Ozkonak Underground City, Goreme Open-Air Museum, Cavusin Village, Avanos Pottery Workshops, Love Valley, Devrent Valley, and the famous Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys.
Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 6 – Cappadocia – Hattusa – Zile Castle – Tokat - 9 February 2026

Following breakfast, depart for the ancient Hittite capital, Hattusa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Later, Explore the historic Zile Castle, where Julius Caesar achieved his swift victory and proclaimed the famous words “Veni, Vidi, Vici.” A timeless fortress overlooking the heart of Anatolia. Arrive in Tokat and check into the Silk Road Museum Hotel. Stay at the 650-year-old Deveciler Han — now the Silk Road Museum Hotel — a magnificently restored Ottoman caravanserai offering genuine heritage and timeless atmosphere. Overnight in Tokat.

Day 7 – Tokat City Tour – Ballıca Cave – Kaz Lake - 10 February 2026

Discover Tokat’s historical old bazaars, traditional baths, and the famous Clock Tower.
Then, visit the stunning Ballıca Cave, known for its enormous stalactites and stalagmites, and the serene Kaz Lake. Overnight in Tokat

Day 8 – Tokat to Istanbul (Domestic Flight) - 11 February 2026

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tokat Airport for your domestic flight to Istanbul. This concludes our services.
