As The International Ecotourism Society&rsquo;s Europe and Asia Branch, we hereby present our traditional Ecotourism and Sustainable Tourism Conference &amp; Networking Event in corporation with Workshop TravelShop to take place by 27 Jul - 31 Jul, 2021. Most recognized authority speakers in the field of Sustainable Travel Industry to be hosted during the event for very beneficial and informative panels &amp; speeches while you will get the chance to deal with over 250 Ecotourism stakeholders from all around the world. Please refer to our FAQ section below, before directing your questions to our representative, saving you time and efficiency.

HOW TO JOIN AS A HOSTED BUYER?

Please register through our Hosted Buyer application form and fill out all necessary information.

HOW WE SELECT THE STATUS?

We organize this event in Tokat along with Tourism authorities, ministry officials and local municipality & city representatives. The form with the information filled out by you along with your references to be categorized as for Fully Hosted Buyer, Semi-Hosted Buyer or Regular Hosted Buyer Programs prior to the event. Our committee will inform you of further considerations.

FULLY HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM

Fully Hosted Buyers provided international flight tickets and land arrangement by us for the proven track of qualification; having accomplished 6 different Eco-Friendly Tour organizations, Sustainable Travels for over 350 pax outside country or these events may include hosting 35 different “Group Series” of minimum 30 pax per each group or having confirmed enquiries in progress by your corporation.

SEMI HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM

Semi Hosted Buyers with a good potential to promote Turkish Eco-Destinations are provided flight aid as 250 Euros for India & Asia-Pacific, 200 Euros for America and Latin Countries, 100 Euros for Europe and Balkans with a projection of 4 different Eco-Tour events over 300 pax outside country. These events may include Sustainable Travels as well as hosting 15 different “Group Series” of minimum 30 pax per each group or having confirmed enquiries in progress by your corporation.

REGULAR HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM

Regular Hosted Buyers provided land arrangements, airport transfers as mentioned within the itinerary, having a certain potential of Eco-friendly Tour organizations, Sustainable Travels in Turkey, in the near future and not yet performed.

VISAS FOR TURKEY

Some countries apply with entry visa for Turkey and for some only e-visa would suffice. Please find out about your country status through related internet portals of your officials.

BRINGING A PARTNER ALONG

Our Hosted Buyer can bring only one partner with him/her in our Hosted Buyer Program. 2nd person from the same company can join in but not covered for Fully or Semi Hosted Buyer status and need to cover his/her own expenses. They can always take advantage of our Hosted Buyer Programs for themselves with land arrangements organized by us during the trips with a shared room occupancy.If second person may want to stay separate room,He or she have to pay %50 more payment.

ACCOMMODATION & MEALS

We arrange a 5 star Hotel accommodation in Tokat most likely with B&B option.

Once you are online and active in the system, you will see MY APPOINTMENT link to the right side on your screen that will open up the calendar with the whole availability list as you double click onto. You can always filter it down to the category of the firms and review the profiles when double clicked. This new window will let you text or request for an appointment.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED?

Your request should be confirmed in return that are colour coded “green” It works vice versa that you may confirm or cancel the incoming requests within 5 days. Hosted Buyers, especially needs to reach to the number of appointments set by the regulations, 45 days prior to the event.
