7 DAYS EMITT TOURISM FAIR ISTANBUL & BURSA HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM 2025

Day 1- Istanbul- Arrival Day - 4 February 2025
Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport, transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00am to 22:00pm from Istanbul New Airport.

Day 2- Istanbul- EMITT Tourism Expo- 5 February 2025
(Breakfast, Light Lunch, Dinner Included)
After breakfast at 09:00 am depart for EMITT Tourism Expo Your B2B Meetings at Exhibitors takes place 10:00am -16:00. After the Exhibitors meeting we have Speed Networking at Hosted Buyer Lounge Area at 16:30 -18:00pm. After Speed networking, we will have Gala Dinner at Exhibition Center at 19:00 pm -22:00pm, after Gala Dinner we do the transfers to your hotel. During to expo time, you can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of Hosted Buyers. Please follow your appointment Calendar on time. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3- Istanbul- EMITT Tourism Expo – 6 February 2025
(Breakfast and Light Lunch Included)
After breakfast we depart at 09:00am for EMITT Tourism Expo for B2B Speed Networking between 10:00- 12:00 hrs. And between 13:30- 15:30 you’ll have time for B2B Meetings at Exhibitors stands. You can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of hosted buyers during expo time. As well there will be Exhibitors B2B Speed Networking between 16:00 – 17:00. After B2B Speed Networking we do the transfers to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

 

Day 4- Istanbul- EMITT Tourism Fair to Bursa – 7 February 2025
(Breakfast, Light Lunch and Local Dinner Included)
After breakfast, at 09.00 am depart for EMITT Tourism Fair for B2B Networking between 10.00am and 14.30 pm. At 14:30, The delegation will meet in front of the Bursa stand and depart from EMITT to Bursa City. Once you arrive, check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Bursa.

 

Day 5 -  Bursa Tour to Uludağ Mountain - 8 February 2025
(Breakfast, Local Lunch and Local Dinner Included)
After breakfast at 10:00 am depart to 700 years old Ottoman Village: Cumalıkızık (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Cumalıkızık Village tour and providing information with a professional tourist guide.

After Cumalıkız, we will visit Tophane Area,  Tombs of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi (first and second Ottoman Sultans), Attending Historical Military Ceremony. Lunch at 13:15. After lunch, Depart to Uludağ Mountain, the biggest and the most significant ski resort of Türkiye. At 19.00 we will have dinner. After dinner back to the hotel. Overnight in Bursa.

 

Day 6 – Bursa Tour & B2B Networking – 9 February 2025
(Breakfast, Local Lunch and Local Dinner Included)

After breakfast, at 09.00 am depart for Grand Mosque (Ulucami), Historical Grand Bazaar and Inn’s Area. Lunch at 13.00 and after lunch we will visit the Historical Fortress Area of Bursa: Dungeon Gate (Zindan Kapı), Bursa Mevlevi Lodge Museum (Whirling Dervish Hall) and Saltanat Gate. And final stop is the Panorama 1326 Bursa Conquest Museum. After the tour, we will start B2B networking at 18:00 to 20:00. After B2B’s, dinner and back to the hotel. Overnight in Bursa.

 

Day 7 - Bursa to Istanbul- End of the Tour – 8 February 2025

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer back to Istanbul/Sabiha Gokcen Airport.
