Day 1- Istanbul- Arrival Day - 4 February 2025
Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport, transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available between 07:00am to 22:00pm from Istanbul New Airport.

Day 2- Istanbul- EMITT Tourism Expo- 5 February 2025

After breakfast at 09:00 am depart for EMITT Tourism Expo Your B2B Meetings at Exhibitors takes place 10:00am -16:00. After the Exhibitors meeting we have Speed Networking at Hosted Buyer Lounge Area at 16:30 -18:00pm. After Speed networking, we will have Gala Dinner at Exhibition Center at 19:00 pm -22:00pm, after Gala Dinner we do the transfers to your hotel. During to expo time, you can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of Hosted Buyers. Please follow your appointment Calendar on time. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3- Istanbul- EMITT Tourism Expo – 6 February 2025

After breakfast we depart at 09:00am for EMITT Tourism Expo for B2B Speed Networking between 10:00- 12:00 hrs. And between 13:30- 15:30 you’ll have time for B2B Meetings at Exhibitors stands. You can enjoy your light lunch at the lounge of hosted buyers during expo time. As well there will be Exhibitors B2B Speed Networking between 16:00 – 17:00. After B2B Speed Networking we do the transfers to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 4- Istanbul- EMITT Tourism Fair to Ordu by Flight – 7 February 2025

After breakfast, at 09.00 am depart for EMITT Tourism Fair for B2B Networking between 10.00am and 14.30 pm. At 14:30, we will depart from the exhibition area to the airport for your domestic flight to Ordu. Once you reach to Ordu, transfer to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel and overnight in Ordu.

Day 5 - Cambasi Mountain Snowbike - 8 February 2025

After breakfast, we have Cambasi Mountain tour. Since we are on a winter holiday, enjoy the perfect snow and mountain today. Dinner at the hotel and overnight in Ordu.

Day 6 – Free Day for Skiing – 9 February 2025

Today is your free day to enjoy to skiing or however you would like to enjoy the day. Dinner at the hotel and overnight in Ordu.

Day 7 - Ordu to Istanbul- End of the Tour – 10 February 2025

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer back to Istanbul/Sabiha Gokcen Airport.
