TOUR PROGRAM SUMMARY:

Following Antalya Tourism Fair 2026, a special Religious Heritage, B2B Networking and FAM Trip program is planned for selected and qualified Hosted Buyers, tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs and MICE representatives, combining the destinations of Mersin and Adana.

The Mersin section of the program will begin with a coach pick-up model from Antalya and will continue in Mersin with destination presentation, B2B networking meetings with local tourism stakeholders, and a Tarsus-centered religious tourism route. Mersin’s St. Paul heritage, Eshab-i Kehf, historic Tarsus urban fabric, Aya Tekla, Kizkalesi, Kanlidivane and coastal gastronomy potential will be highlighted.

The Adana section has been designed as two separate, non-repeating routes. On Day 4, during the transfer from Mersin to Adana, a coffee break and operational coach change will take place at Gardenkoala; the Adana coach will receive the guests at this point. Afterwards, before hotel check-in, a city-center Christian / cultural heritage route will be organized. On Day 5, after the B2B meetings, a completely different Misis / Mopsuestia ancient heritage route will be operated.

PLEASE NOTE

Only limited Hosted Buyer, tour operator and travel agency representatives are planned to participate in this program.

For the main model, approximately 50 rooms are planned; single and double room options should be evaluated together.

The Mersin section is planned as 3 nights / 4 days, and the Adana section as 2 nights / 3 days.

The religious heritage focus of the program is built around Christian / multicultural heritage and ancient heritage themes.

Participants will not only benefit from valuable networking opportunities but will also experience the world-renowned hospitality, culture, and attractions of Antalya, Mersin and Adana one of the Mediterranean’s most attractive tourism destinations.

Day 1 – Arrival in Antalya | 25 October 2026, Sunday

Welcome to Antalya, one of Türkiye’s most beautiful and popular tourism destinations!

Our team will be waiting to greet you at Antalya Airport between 08:00 and 22:30, followed by your transfer to a luxurious 5-Star All-Inclusive Resort.

Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch and take advantage of the resort’s exceptional facilities, including private beaches, swimming pools, spa services, and unlimited local beverages. The remainder of the afternoon is free for relaxation and leisure.

In the evening, we will transfer you to our Welcome Cocktail Reception at 19:30. Guests are kindly requested to wear White and Red attire for the event. At 22:30, transfer back to your hotel.

The Adana coach will receive the guests at the Gardenkoala point; the coach / team change will be carried out here. After the vehicle change and short rest break, the group will continue to Adana city center. Upon arrival in Adana, the full-day city route will begin before hotel check-in.

Morning / Before Lunch | Visit to Bebekli Church / St. Paul Catholic Church. Afterwards, Kurukopru Memorial Museum and the former church heritage will be introduced, highlighting Adana’s Christian heritage and multicultural urban memory.

The museum presents the rich archaeological heritage of the Çukurova region, ranging from prehistoric periods to the Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman eras. Its collection includes sculptures, sarcophagi, steles, mosaics, glass and bronze artifacts, as well as important findings that reflect the cultural history of Adana and its surrounding region. With its strong connection to the ancient settlements of Çukurova, the museum serves as an important cultural stop within the FAM Trip program.

No-Show & Refund Policy Please be advised that the rates provided for this program are specially discounted. Therefore, a strict No-Show Policy is in effect. Once the payment has been processed and your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice.

Registration & Flight Ticket Submission: Your registration is considered complete only after the full payment has been received. To ensure seamless logistics, all participants are required to submit their flight tickets no later than 3 weeks before the event date. * Important: Participants who fail to provide their flight details within this timeframe will forfeit their right to complimentary airport-hotel transfers and will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Punctuality & Tour Schedule To maintain the efficiency of the program and respect the schedule of all attendees, the tour will proceed exactly at the designated times. The bus or tour group will not be held responsible for late arrivals beyond 10 minutes.
