Day 1 – Arrival in Dalaman Airport - Dalyan | 20 October 2026, Tuesday

Welcome to Dalaman Airport, your gateway to one of the most beautiful and popular destinations on Türkiye's Aegean Coast. Upon your arrival at Dalaman Airport between 08:00 and 22:00, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel in Dalyan. After check-in, enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel and spend your first night in the peaceful town of Dalyan.

Day 2 – Dalyan Lycian Rock Tombs & Mud Baths Tour| 21 October 2026, Wednesday

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full-day exploration of the natural and historical wonders of Dalyan. Your tour begins with a scenic cruise through the lush Dalyan Delta, passing the magnificent Lycian Rock Tombs, dating back to the 4th century BC. You will then visit the famous Sultaniye Mud Baths, renowned for their therapeutic properties, before continuing to the beautiful İztuzu (Turtle) Beach, one of the most important nesting sites of the endangered Caretta Caretta sea turtles. After lunch, we will return to our hotel for some time to relax. Before dinner, we will hold a short welcome and networking gathering, giving everyone the opportunity to get to know one another. Following the gathering, we will enjoy dinner together at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel and overnight in Dalyan.

Day 3 – Dalyan – Saklıkent Canyon Tour – Yacht Cruise - Demre Harbour & Çamlık Bay | 22 October 2026, Thursday

After breakfast, depart at 09:00 AM for the spectacular Saklıkent Canyon, one of the deepest and longest canyons in Europe and one of Türkiye’s most breathtaking natural attractions. Stretching approximately 18 kilometres, the canyon is renowned for its towering cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and stunning natural Scenery. Enjoy time to explore the canyon, take a refreshing walk through its cool waters, and admire the magnificent landscapes surrounding this unique destination. A delicious lunch will be served at a local restaurant, allowing you to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. After lunch, continue to Demre Harbour, where your unforgettable Blue Cruise adventure begins. At approximately 3:00 PM, our friendly crew will welcome you aboard your traditional Turkish gulet and assist you with check-in and luggage as you settle comfortably into your cabin.

Following embarkation, we will cruise towards the enchanting Kekova region. Depending on the weather conditions, we will anchor at the beautiful Çamlık Bay for our first overnight stay. Relax on deck, take in the breathtaking Mediterranean coastline, meet your fellow travellers, and enjoy a delicious dinner served on board. Accommodation: Traditional Turkish Gulet. Day 4 – Yacht Cruise - Simena Village, Sunken City of Kekova & Tersane Bay | 23 October 2026, Friday

After breakfast, we cruise to the charming village of Simena (Kaleköy), renowned for its traditional stone houses, narrow streets, and the historic hilltop castle offering breathtaking panoramic views over the Kekova region. Enjoy some free time to explore this picturesque village and experience its unique atmosphere. Following our visit, we continue cruising past the world-famous Sunken City of Kekova, an ancient Lycian settlement that was partially submerged by a powerful earthquake nearly 2,000 years ago. As our gulet slowly navigates along the coastline, you will have the opportunity to admire this remarkable archaeological site from the sea. Later, we sail to the tranquil Tersane Bay, home to the fascinating remains of an ancient Roman shipyard and a Byzantine church. Here, you can swim in the crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, relax on deck, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Day 5 – Yacht Cruise - Aperlai, Ufakdere & Liman Ağzı | 24 October 2026, Saturday

Wake up to another beautiful Mediterranean morning and enjoy a leisurely breakfast onboard as we cruise towards the ancient ruins of Aperlai, one of the region's hidden archaeological treasures. Along the way, there will be plenty of opportunities to swim in the crystal-clear waters and relax while taking in the spectacular coastal scenery. We then continue to Ufakdere and the beautiful Liman Ağzı Bay, where a delicious lunch will be served onboard. After lunch, enjoy free time to swim in the turquoise waters, sunbathe on deck, or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings. As the day comes to an end, we anchor at the tranquil Liman Ağzı Bay for our final overnight stay aboard the gulet. Enjoy a delicious dinner while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean and spend a relaxing evening surrounded by the natural beauty of the Turkish coast. Accommodation: Traditional Turkish Gulet.

After breakfast, we cruise to Kaş Harbour, where our unforgettable gulet journey concludes at approximately 11:30 AM. Upon disembarkation, we depart for Antalya. After arriving, enjoy a delicious lunch at your resort before taking advantage of its excellent facilities, including private beaches, swimming pools, spa services, and unlimited local beverages. The remainder of the afternoon is yours to relax and enjoy the resort at your own pace. In the evening, at 19:30, we will transfer you to our Welcome Cocktail Reception, where you will have the opportunity to meet fellow participants and enjoy a memorable evening together. Dress Code: Guests are kindly requested to wear White and Red attire for the event. At approximately 22:30, we will transfer you back to your hotel. Overnight in Antalya. Once the payment has been processed and your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice.
Registration & Flight Ticket Submission: Your registration is considered complete only after the full payment has been received. To ensure seamless logistics, all participants are required to submit their flight tickets no later than 3 weeks before the event date. * Important: Participants who fail to provide their flight details within this timeframe will forfeit their right to complimentary airport-hotel transfers and will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Punctuality & Tour Schedule To maintain the efficiency of the program and respect the schedule of all attendees, the tour will proceed exactly at the designated times. The bus or tour group will not be held responsible for late arrivals beyond 10 minutes.
