5-DAY ANTALYA TOURISM FAIR & ANTALYA FAM TRIP ITINERARY 2026

Day 1 – Arrival in Antalya | 25 October 2026, Sunday

Welcome to Antalya, one of Türkiye’s most beautiful and popular tourism destinations!

Our team will be waiting to greet you at Antalya Airport between 08:00 and 22:30, followed by your transfer to a luxurious 5-Star All-Inclusive Resort.

Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch and take advantage of the resort’s exceptional facilities, including private beaches, swimming pools, spa services, and unlimited local beverages. The remainder of the afternoon is free for relaxation and leisure.

In the evening, we will transfer you to our Welcome Cocktail Reception at 19:30. Guests are kindly requested to wear White and Red attire for the event. At 22:30, transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Antalya.

Day 2 – Antalya Tourism Fair | 26 October 2026, Monday

After breakfast, transfer to the Antalya Tourism Fair, one of the region’s most important tourism networking events.

This full-day event offers a valuable opportunity to discover the latest tourism trends, connect with international industry professionals, and participate in productive B2B meetings with hosted buyers and suppliers.

09:00 – Transfer from hotel to Antalya Tourism Fair venue

10:00 – 12:30 – Exhibition tour and business meetings

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch at the fair venue (provided by the organizers)

13:30 – 17:00 – Continued B2B networking and fair participation

17:30 – Transfer back to the hotel

Day 3 – Antalya Tourism Fair | 27 October 2026, Tuesday

09:00 – Transfer from hotel to the fair venue

10:00 – 12:30 – Business meetings, product presentations, and networking

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch at the fair venue

13:30 – 17:00 – Final round of B2B meetings and networking sessions

17:30 – Transfer back to the hotel

Spend the evening relaxing by the beach, enjoying the resort amenities, or joining optional social activities.

Day 4 – Antalya Old City Tour, TravelShop Booking B2B Networking & Grand Gala Dinner | 28 October 2026, Wednesday

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Antalya’s historic landmarks, including:

Kaleiçi (Old Town), Hadrian’s Gate, Clock Tower, Ancient Harbour, Hıdırlık Tower, Following the city tour, return to the hotel for lunch and prepare for an afternoon of business networking.
