10-DAY ANTALYA TOURISM FAIR, TURKISH RIVIERA GULET CRUISE, KAŞ & DALYAN FAM TRIP PROGRAM 2026
Day 1 – Arrival in Antalya | 25 October 2026, Sunday

Welcome to Antalya, the heart of the Turkish Riviera and the host destination of Antalya Tourism Fair 2026. Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to your 5-Star All-Inclusive Resort.
After check-in, enjoy time at leisure to relax and take advantage of the resort facilities. In the evening, guests will join the Welcome Cocktail Reception and meet fellow participants before the start of the business and FAM Trip program.
Dress Code for the Welcome Cocktail: Guests are kindly requested to wear White and Red attire for the event.

Day 2 – Antalya Tourism Fair | 26 October 2026, Monday

After breakfast, transfer to the Antalya Tourism Fair, one of the region’s most important tourism networking events. This full-day event offers a valuable opportunity to discover the latest tourism trends, meet international industry professionals, and participate in productive B2B meetings with hosted buyers and suppliers.
· 09:00 – Transfer from hotel to Antalya Tourism Fair venue
· 10:00 – 12:30 – Exhibition tour and business meetings
· 12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch at the fair venue
· 13:30 – 17:00 – Continued B2B networking and fair participation
· 17:30 – Transfer back to the hotel

Day 3 – Antalya Tourism Fair | 27 October 2026, Tuesday

Another exciting day at the Antalya Tourism Fair awaits. Participants will continue their business meetings, product presentations, networking sessions, and fair participation.
· 09:00 – Transfer from hotel to Antalya Tourism Fair venue
· 10:00 – 12:30 – Business meetings, product presentations, and networking
· 12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch at the fair venue
· 13:30 – 17:00 – Final round of B2B meetings and networking sessions
· 17:30 – Transfer back to the hotel
Spend the evening relaxing by the beach, enjoying the resort amenities, or joining optional social activities.

Day 4 – Antalya Old City Tour, TravelShop Booking B2B Networking & Grand Gala Dinner | 28 October 2026, Wednesday

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Antalya’s historic landmarks, including Kaleiçi (Old Town), Hadrian’s Gate, Clock Tower, Ancient Harbour, and Hıdırlık Tower. Following the city tour, return to the hotel for lunch and prepare for an afternoon of business networking.

Day 5 – Antalya – Demre Harbour – Traditional Turkish Gulet Cruise Begins | 29 October 2026, Thursday

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart from Antalya to Demre Harbour by private coach. The transfer from Antalya region hotels to Demre Harbour is expected to take approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on hotel location and road conditions.
Upon arrival in Demre, guests will have time for lunch and embarkation preparations. At approximately 15:00, our friendly crew will welcome you aboard your traditional Turkish gulet and assist you with check-in and luggage as you settle comfortably into your cabin.
Following embarkation, the gulet will cruise towards the enchanting Kekova region. Depending on weather and sea conditions, the vessel will anchor at a suitable bay such as Çamlık Bay for the first overnight stay. Relax on deck, take in the Mediterranean coastline, meet your fellow travellers, and enjoy a delicious dinner served on board.

Day 6 – Yacht Cruise: Simena Village, Sunken City of Kekova & Tersane Bay | 30 October 2026, Friday

After breakfast onboard, cruise to the charming village of Simena (Kaleköy), renowned for its traditional stone houses, narrow streets, and historic hilltop castle offering panoramic views over the Kekova region. Enjoy free time to explore this picturesque village and experience its unique atmosphere.
Following the visit, continue cruising past the world-famous Sunken City of Kekova, an ancient Lycian settlement partially submerged by an earthquake nearly 2,000 years ago. As the gulet slowly navigates along the coastline, guests will admire this remarkable archaeological site from the sea.
Later, sail to the tranquil Tersane Bay, home to the remains of an ancient Roman shipyard and a Byzantine church. Guests may swim in the crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, relax on deck, or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Dinner will be served onboard as we spend another unforgettable night anchored in the Kekova region.

Day 7 – Yacht Cruise: Aperlai, Ufakdere & Liman Ağzı | 31 October 2026, Saturday

Wake up to another beautiful Mediterranean morning and enjoy a leisurely breakfast onboard as the gulet cruises towards the ancient ruins of Aperlai, one of the region’s hidden archaeological treasures. Along the way, there will be opportunities to swim in the turquoise waters and enjoy the coastal scenery.
The cruise continues towards Ufakdere and the beautiful Liman Ağzı Bay near Kaş, where lunch will be served onboard. After lunch, enjoy free time to swim, sunbathe, or relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the Turkish Riviera.
As the day comes to an end, the gulet anchors at a suitable bay around the Kaş region for the final overnight stay aboard. Dinner will be served onboard while guests enjoy the sunset and the natural beauty of the Mediterranean coastline.

Day 8 – Kaş Harbour – Saklıkent Canyon Tour – Dalyan Caria Special Class Hotel | 1 November 2026, Sunday

Enjoy breakfast onboard while taking in the final views of the Mediterranean coastline. The gulet journey concludes at Kaş Harbour at approximately 10:30–11:30, depending on sea and harbour conditions.
After disembarkation, the group will depart for Saklıkent Canyon. The transfer from Kaş to Saklıkent Canyon is expected to take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Guests will enjoy free time to walk through the canyon, take photos, and experience its refreshing natural atmosphere.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant near Saklıkent, surrounded by nature. After lunch, the group will continue to Dalyan. The transfer from Saklıkent to Dalyan is expected to take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on road and traffic conditions.
Upon arrival in Dalyan, check in at Dalyan Caria Special Class Hotel and enjoy time to relax. Dinner will be served at the hotel or at a local restaurant in Dalyan.

Day 9 – Dalyan Lycian Rock Tombs, Mud Baths & İztuzu Beach Tour | 2 November 2026, Monday

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full-day exploration of the natural and historical wonders of Dalyan. The tour begins with a scenic cruise through the lush Dalyan Delta, passing the magnificent Lycian Rock Tombs, dating back to the 4th century BC.
Guests will then visit the famous Sultaniye Mud Baths, known for their therapeutic properties, before continuing to the beautiful İztuzu (Turtle) Beach, one of the most important nesting sites of the endangered Caretta Caretta sea turtles.
After lunch, return to Dalyan for some time to relax. In the evening, enjoy dinner together and celebrate the final night of this memorable journey.

Day 10 – Dalyan – Dalaman Airport Departure | 3 November 2026, Tuesday

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Guests will be transferred from Dalyan to Dalaman Airport. The transfer from Dalyan to Dalaman Airport is short and convenient, making the final departure day operationally comfortable.

- No-Show & Refund Policy Please be advised that the rates provided for this program are specially discounted. Therefore, a strict No-Show Policy is in effect. Once the payment has been processed and your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice.
- Registration & Flight Ticket Submission: Your registration is considered complete only after the full payment has been received. To ensure seamless logistics, all participants are required to submit their flight tickets no later than 3 weeks before the event date. * Important: Participants who fail to provide their flight details within this timeframe will forfeit their right to complimentary airport-hotel transfers and will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.
- Punctuality & Tour Schedule To maintain the efficiency of the program and respect the schedule of all attendees, the tour will proceed exactly at the designated times. The bus or tour group will not be held responsible for late arrivals beyond 10 minutes.
- Participants who are not at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be responsible for catching up with the group at their own expense or will miss that portion of the itinerary.
