9-DAY ANTALYA TOURISM FAIR, HOSTED BUYER, CAPPADOCIA & TOKAT FAM TRIP ITINERARY 2026

Day 1 – Arrival in Antalya | 25 October 2026, Sunday

Welcome to Antalya, one of Türkiye’s most beautiful and popular tourism destinations!

Our team will be waiting to greet you at Antalya Airport between 08:00 and 22:30, followed by your transfer to a luxurious 5-Star All-Inclusive Resort.

Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch and take advantage of the resort’s exceptional facilities, including private beaches, swimming pools, spa services, and unlimited local beverages. The remainder of the afternoon is free for relaxation and leisure.

In the evening, we will transfer you to our Welcome Cocktail Reception at 19:30. Guests are kindly requested to wear White and Red attire for the event. At 22:30, transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Antalya.

Day 2 – Antalya Tourism Fair | 26 October 2026, Monday

After breakfast, transfer to the Antalya Tourism Fair, one of the region’s most important tourism networking events.

This full-day event offers a valuable opportunity to discover the latest tourism trends, connect with international industry professionals, and participate in productive B2B meetings with hosted buyers and suppliers.

09:00 – Transfer from hotel to Antalya Tourism Fair venue

10:00 – 12:30 – Exhibition tour and business meetings

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch at the fair venue (provided by the organizers)

13:30 – 17:00 – Continued B2B networking and fair participation

17:30 – Transfer back to the hotel

Enjoy the evening at leisure and take advantage of the resort’s facilities. Overnight in Antalya.

Day 3 – Antalya Tourism Fair | 27 October 2026, Tuesday

Another exciting day at the Antalya Tourism Fair awaits!

Program

09:00 – Transfer from hotel to the fair venue

10:00 – 12:30 – Business meetings, product presentations, and networking

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch at the fair venue

13:30 – 17:00 – Final round of B2B meetings and networking sessions

17:30 – Transfer back to the hotel

Spend the evening relaxing by the beach, enjoying the resort amenities, or joining optional social activities.

Overnight in Antalya.

Day 4 – Antalya Old City Tour, TravelShop Booking B2B Networking & Grand Gala Dinner | 28 October 2026, Wednesday

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Antalya’s historic landmarks, including:

Kaleiçi (Old Town), Hadrian’s Gate, Clock Tower, Ancient Harbour, Hıdırlık Tower, Following the city tour, return to the hotel for lunch and prepare for an afternoon of business networking.

13:30 – 14:00 – Registration for the B2B Networking Event

Day 5 – Antalya – Konya – Cappadocia | 29 October 2026, Thursday

After breakfast, we depart for Konya, where we will visit the Mevlana Museum, dedicated to the famous Sufi mystic Rumi. Continue to Cappadocia to check in at our boutique cave hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Note: If you would like to participate in the Hot Air Balloon tour the next morning, please inform your guide in advance.

Day 6 – Full-Day Cappadocia Tour | 30 October 2026, Friday

A full day to explore the magic of Cappadocia!
We will visit Ozkonak Underground City, Goreme Open-Air Museum, Cavusin Village, Avanos Pottery Workshops, Love Valley, Devrent Valley, and the famous Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 7 – Cappadocia – Zile Castle – Tokat | 31 October 2026, Saturday

Following breakfast, depart for the Zile to explore its historic castle, famously captured by Julius Caesar. Arrive in Tokat and check into the Silk Road Museum Hotel. Overnight in Tokat.

Day 8 – Tokat City Tour – Ballıca Cave – Kaz Lake | 01 November 2026, Sunday

Discover Tokat’s historical old bazaars, traditional baths, and the famous Clock Tower.
Then, visit the stunning Ballıca Cave, known for its enormous stalactites and stalagmites, and the serene Kaz Lake. Overnight in Tokat.

Day 9 – Departure from Tokat | 02 November 2026, Monday

After breakfast, transfer to Tokat Airport for your return flight home.
