Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport with our representative to take you to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2 – Istanbul - Full Day B2B Workshop - 19.11.2018 Monday

Breakfast Between 07:00 am – 09:00 am. Agency registration between 09:00am and 09:30. We have full day B2B Networking event between 09:30am and 17:00pm. Please follow your Workshop Calendar for coffee break and lunch. This evening we have Gala Dinner at the hotel between 19:30pm and 22:30pm. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3 – Istanbul City Tour to Bodrum - 20.11.2018 Tuesday

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Istanbul City Tour. After breakfast at the hotel we depart for Istanbul City Tour. We pay a visit to Hagia Sophia, a former Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later a mosque and now a museum. Famous in particular for its massive dome, Hagia Sophia is considered the epitome of Byzantine architecture and is believed to have "changed the history of architecture". SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. After the tour transfer to Airport for your domestic flight to Bodrum. Transfer your hotel and check in to your hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Bodrum.

Day 4 – Bodrum City Tour - 21.11.2018 Wednesday

Village Tour: Bodrum overflowing with boutiques, bars, cafes, and restaurants is considered as a sophisticated resort yet some 20 minutes away a rare opportunity to visit a un spoilt mountain village and experience rural Turkish life, almost unchanged for centuries. Meet the humblest peasant whose generosity and kindness never fails to surprise and shows a hospitality that is long forgotten. Visit the tea house, the mosque and some local houses where you will experience delicious Turkish Cuisine and local spirits. In the end, you will see an impressive display of local handmade kilims and carpets made by villager women. Dinner and overnight in Bodrum.

Day 5 – Bodrum to Istanbul – End of The Tour - 22.11.2018 Thursda

After breakfast, transfer to Airport for your domestic flight back to Istanbul followed by your international flight back home. be in line with our programs and time schedule
provide official paperwork when and if required.
bring efficient amount of business cards with you.
You are allowed to bring one or two of your colleagues with you. But, he or she also should visit and meet with 30 different exhibitors during event as well.
