Day 1 - Istanbul - Arrival Day - 18.11.2018 Sunday

Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport with our representative to take you to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available from 07:00 am to 22:00 pm from Ataturk Airport.
Day 2 – Istanbul - Full Day B2B WorkShop - 19.11.2018 Monday

Breakfast Between 07:00 am – 09:00 am. Agency registration between 09:00am and 09:30. We have full day B2B Networking between 09:30am and 17:00pm. Please follow your Workshop Calendar for coffee break and lunch. This evening we have Gala Dinner between 19:30 and 22:30.Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3 – Istanbul City Tour - 20.11.2018 Tuesday

After breakfast at the hotel we depart for Istanbul City Tour. We visit to Hagia Sophia, a former Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later a mosque and now a museum. Famous in particular for its massive dome, Hagia Sophia is considered the epitome of Byzantine architecture and is believed to have "changed the history of architecture". SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 4 – Istanbul to Gallipoli Tour - 21.11.2018 Wednesday

After Breakfast in the hotel we depart for Gallipoli to visit the battle fields at 7:30am. Two hours later we will give you 20 minutes for relax in a restaurant area. We arrive Gallipoli around 12:30 am and we have lunch break, relax a little bit and then depart for the battle fields. Visit Gabatepe Museum. Start visiting the fields with Ariburnu Cemetery and Anzac Cove because these are the places where the war had started. Then Beach Cemetery, Shrapnel Valley and Plugges Plateau. After the tour drive to your hotel. Overnight in Canakkale.
Day 5 – Troy Tour to Istanbul – 22.11.2018 Thursday
Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner Included
We depart at 08:30 and driving to Troy. Visit the famous archeological and mythological site of Troy, home of the Trojan Horse and Helen of Troy. After Troy tour, Lunch break around 12:00 pm .After lunch, depart for Istanbul and the bus trip will take roughly 5 to 6 hours. So, around 18:30 pm you will reach your hotel for check-in your hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 6 – Istanbul – End of The Tour - 23.11.2018 Friday

After breakfast depend your international flights we will do your transfers to Airport. - In order to be a part of this event, You need to;
- be a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, M.I.C.E or Wedding organizer willing to promote Turkey. If you fail to prove that you are in fact a Travel Agency or Tour Operator then we may have to cancel your Hosted Buyer reservation.
- be able to meet with minimum 30 different exhibitors during B2B Networking
- be in line with our programs and time schedule
- provide official paperwork when and if required.
- bring efficient amount of business cards with you.
- You are allowed to bring one or two of your colleagues with you. But, he or she also should visit and meet with 30 different exhibitors during event as well.
- Your complimentary 4 or 5 star hotel accommodation will be arranged throughout the organization. We are responsible only for the mentioned included services in the itinerary.
- Only Luxury Hosted Buyers are invited to this program.Therefore, the requirements of this program must be fulfilled.
- We have the right to make any chances within the scope of the program
- We will charge only a symbolic amount of payment for your registration fees. Please understand that some agencies don’t show up although they get registered which displeases exhibitors.
