Day 1 - Istanbul - Arrival Day - 18.11.2018 Sunday

Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport with our representative to take you to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available from 07:00 am to 22:00 pm from Ataturk Airport.
Day 2 – Istanbul – Full Day B2B WorkShop - 19.11.2018 Monday

Breakfast Between 07:00 am – 09:00 am. Agency registration between 09:00am and 09:30. We have full day B2B Networking between 09:30am and 17:00pm. Please follow your Workshop Calendar for coffee break and lunch. This evening we have Gala Dinner between 19:30pm and 22:30pm. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3 – Istanbul City Tour & Flight To Samsun - 20.11.2018 Tuesday

After breakfast at the hotel we depart for Istanbul City Tour. After breakfast at the hotel we depart for Istanbul City Tour. We visit to Hagia Sophia, a former Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later a mosque and now a museum. Famous in particular for its massive dome, Hagia Sophia is considered the epitome of Byzantine architecture and is believed to have "changed the history of architecture". SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Right after the completion of the Tour, we have our domestic flight to Samsun-Carsamba Airport. Upon arrival, we take you to your hotel where you will have dinner and stay overnight in Samsun.

Day 4 – Samsun City Tour to Corum - 21.11.2018 Wednesday
Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner Included
After breakfast, we depart for sight-seeing of the city with Bandirma Steamboat that was personally used by Ataturk, the founder of Turkey during the conflict years back in early 1900 along with Ataturk Monument, Veterans Museum, Archeology Museum, Russian Bazaar, Tobacco Pier continue on Amisos Hill by a cable car. Followed by Lunch, tour will go on to the City Zoo and finalized by Panoramic Seaside Tour, then a short coach voyage to Corum to have dinner and stay overnight in Corum.
Day 5 – Hattusa-Corum City Tour to Tokat - 22.11.2018 Thursday

After breakfast, we depart for Hattusa. Located in the region of Alacahoyuk. Hattusa, a true historical heaven, in UNESCO World Heritage List as well as World Memory List with the hieroglyphics archives found as of 2001, having housing all 4 civilization periods from bronze ages on. Being a Hittites’ cultural and religious center, these grounds have witnessed 1500 years of humanity’s development along with Anatolian Heritage that is also world famous with its roasted chickpeas ,gourmet rice varieties. After visiting this historical marvel, we take our lunch at Corum and continue with clock tower, the old mosque and other historical structures in the city then a short coach voyage to Tokat to have dinner and stay overnight in Tokat.
Day 6 – Tokat City Tour to Amasya - 23.11.2018 Friday

After Breakfast, we have to depart for the tour of the city. Accompanied by majestic scenes of Black sea, you will see the cave of Ballica that is supposed to be the one of the biggest ones with great global importance. Many sites and buildings inherited by Ottoman Empire and the Seljuk. Tokat (ZILE) also is known for being the grounds for Julius Caesar claiming famous proverb of VENI VIDI VICI. Dinner at the hotel to stay overnight in Amasya.
Day 7 – Amasya City Tour - 24.11.2018 Saturday

After breakfast we depart at 8:00am for Amasya at a 1.5 hours distance. Lake Borabey Tour will let you take amazing pictures of nature at its best. A little bit away from the city offering serenity and peace we continue on with our lunch and visit the grounds that was once home to one of the biggest Love Story that reputation exceed the geographical borders of and turned out to be a global legend. Our tour will continue with Amasya Museum where you can see the whole city at 1/150 scale with all its contents from 1860 building structure to stray animals portrayed in 80 square meters. We visit historical venues such as Princes’ Museum, Amasya Castle, Ethnography Museum and then head for a local lunch. We climb up to the Jackals Hill for the best bird view of the town to take breathtaking pictures. After viewing King’s Rock Tombs we pay a visit to Darulsifa/Bimarhane where the mental patients treated by music during Ottoman Period, visit Mehmet Pasha, Burmalı Mosques and some other religious buildings along the way. Returning back to the Hotel for dinner and staying overnight in Amasya.
Day 8 – Depart to Merzifon / Amasya Airport - 25.11.2018 Sunday

After breakfast, we take you to Merzifon Airport for your domestic flight back to Istanbul where you will head to International Flights and back to home.

- be in line with our programs and time schedule
- provide official paperwork when and if required.
- bring efficient amount of business cards with you.
- You are allowed to bring one or two of your colleagues with you. But, he or she also should visit and meet with 30 different exhibitors during event as well.
