Day 1 - Istanbul - Arrival Day – 18.11.2018 Sunday

Welcome to Turkey! Meet at the airport with our representative to take you to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available from 07:00 am to 22:00 pm from Ataturk Airport.
Day 2 – Istanbul Full Day B2B Workshop – 19.11.2018 Monday

Breakfast Between 07:00 am – 09:00 am. Agency registration between 09:00am and 09:30. We have full day B2B Networking between 09:30am and 17:00pm. Please follow your Workshop Calendar for coffee break and lunch. This evening we have Gala Dinner between 19:30pm and 22:30pm. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3 – Istanbul City Tour – 20.11.2018 Tuesday

After breakfast at the hotel we depart for Istanbul City Tour. After breakfast at the hotel we depart for Istanbul City Tour. We visit to Hagia Sophia, a former Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later a mosque and now a museum. Famous in particular for its massive dome, Hagia Sophia is considered the epitome of Byzantine architecture and is believed to have "changed the history of architecture". SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Dinner and Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 4 – Flight from Istanbul to Baku, Azerbaijan – 21.11.2018 Wednesday

Today we will transfer you to Ataturk airport for your international flight to Baku, Azerbaijan. Meet with our Azerbaijan Partner at Baku Airport 17:00 Pre-tour mini-conference (for brief information, instructions etc.) Evening city tour (Baku boulevard with cruise tour (depending on weather), Highland Park & Flame Towers) + Ferry Wheel (depending on weather) 20.00 Dinner at local restaurant P.S.: Your airport transfer services will be performed as per your flight timing.
Day 5 – Hotel Visits – 22.11.2018 Thursday

09:00 Group spends this day doing hotel visits in Baku. (Hotels in the list are Qafqaz Baku City Hotel, Winter Park Hotel, Holiday Inn, Park Inn by Radisson, Boulevard Hotel Autograph Collection, Rich Hotel, Pullman Hotel, Hilton Hotel, JW Marriott Absheron, Fairmont Baku Flame Towers, Hyatt Regency ) Lunch and dinner in a local restaurant Possibly we can assist the group for some night life activities to see lively night life of Baku and have some relax.
Day 6 – Sightseeing in Baku and Absheron – 23.11.2018 Friday

After breakfast at the hotel we depart 10:00am for City sightseeing starts with UNESCO Heritage Site “Old City”. Following spot will be spectacular Heyder Aliyev Center by Zaha Hadid. The center includes a few exhibitions and one of the best meeting ballroom and facilities in the country. 13:30 Lunch at a local restaurant 15:00 Day goes on with a tour to to Baku Shooting Center to try some shooting and analyze the place. Following visit will be to Fireland Wine Factory to see the whole process and have n idea about Wine Tasting tour in Baku. Finishing Wınery tour, we will move to “Yanardag” (Burning Mountain) to show the magic and beauty of eternal flames to the group in the darkness of night and explain what kind of night programs can be arranged for the tourists. 21:00 Dinner at local restaurant
Day 7 – Gabala FAM Tour– 24.11.2018 Saturday

09:00 After breakfast at the hotel we leave for Gabala city which is located some 230 km North-West of Baku. It is one of the most beautiful and attractive cities of Azerbaijan with its green mountains, lakes and rivers, as well as state-of-the-art hotels and convention facilities. 13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant in Gabala 14:30 Visit to Qafqaz Hotels chain to see the accommodation options, alternatives for entertainment activities and existing convention and meeting facilities. Meanwhile, Tufandag Mountain resort will be covered (including a cable car ride). Next, group visits picturesque “Nohurgol” Lake which resembles a diamond surrounded by mountains. Final spot before completing day’s program will be Gabala Shooting Center. 21:00 Dinner at a local restaurant in Gabala Overnight at a hotel in Gabala
Day 8 – Post-tour conference– 25.11.2018 Sunday

09:00 After breakfast we leave Gabala for Baku 13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant in Baku 14:30 Free time for relaxation and freseh up at the hotel. 19:00 Post-tour mini conference for discussion, Q&A and briefing. 21:00 Dinner at a local restaurant in Baku with National Dance, drum, knife and sword show.
Day 9 – Departure Day – 26.11.2018 Monday

12:00 Check-out, lunch (if flight schedule permits) and transfer to the Baku airport. - be a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, M.I.C.E or Wedding organizer willing to promote Turkey. If you fail to prove that you are in fact a Travel Agency or Tour Operator then we may have to cancel your Hosted Buyer reservation.
- be able to meet with minimum 30 different exhibitors during B2B Networking
- be in line with our programs and time schedule
- provide official paperwork when and if required.
- bring efficient amount of business cards with you.
- You are allowed to bring one or two of your colleagues with you. But, he or she also should visit and meet with 30 different exhibitors during event as well.
- Your complimentary 4 or 5 star hotel accommodation will be arranged throughout the organization. We are responsible only for the mentioned included services in the itinerary.
- Only Luxury Hosted Buyers are invited to this program.Therefore, the requirements of this program must be fulfilled.
- We have the right to make any chances within the scope of the program
