Day 1 - Istanbul - The Day of Arrival - 18.11.2018 Sunday

Welcome to Turkey! Meeting at the airport with our representative to take you to your hotel, you will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul. Please note that; Our arrival airport transfer services will be available from 07:00 am to 22:00 pm from Ataturk Airport.

ATTENTION: Be advised that there is an ongoing construction for a 3rd Airport Field for Istanbul planned to be operational as of October 29th, 2018 that will automatically cease the operation of Ataturk (AHL) as a replacement Project. Please consider this update for your flight arrangements.

Day 2 – Istanbul – Full Day B2B WorkShop - 19.11.2018 Monday

Breakfast Between 07:00 am – 09:00 am. Agency registration between 09:00am and 09:30. Full day B2B Networking between 09:30am and 17:00pm. Please follow your Workshop Calendar for coffee break and lunch. This evening, we have a Gala Dinner at the hotel between 19:30pm and 22:30pm. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3 - Istanbul City Tour – 20.11.2018 Tuesday

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Istanbul City Tour. Starting with a visit to Hagia Sophia, a former Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later a mosque and now a museum. Famous in particular for its massive dome, Hagia Sophia is considered the epitome of Byzantine architecture and is believed to have "changed the history of architecture". SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. After the tour, we take you back to your hotel. Dinner at the hotel and overnight in Istanbul.

Day 4 – Istanbul to Greece – 21.11.2018 Wednesday

Breakfast Between 06:00 am – 08:00 am. By 08:30 am, we will depart for Greece to meet with Big Blue Travel representative. Arrival by in the early afternoon hours at the conjunction of Turkish/Greek borders to drive through Egnatia Odos to Thessaloniki. Dinner and overnight at the hotel Thessaloniki.

Day 5 – Thessaloniki – Athens – 22.11.2018 Thursday

Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with our guide to begin the tour with a panoramic ride around the city to see the main landmarks. A brief stop at the White Tower, to take some pictures. Then continue your tour by visiting Agios Dimitrios, Byzantine church which is the most important church of Thessaloniki for religious, historical and artistic reasons. Returning to Athens passing by the heroic monument of Leonidas at Thermopylae (a quick photo stopover) where 300 strong Spartans battled the army of the Persian Empire. Arrival in Athens early in the evening for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 – Athens to Mykonos – 23.11.2018 Friday

Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with our guide at the lobby of the hotel and start the Sightseeing Tour of Athens. This tour allows you to see the most important monuments and sites of the city. Visit the Acropolis, the Parthenon Temple & the Acropolis Museum, rich and famous for its treasures. The tour ends at Rafina port in order to take lunch and to continue with the boat trip to Mykonos Island. Arrival at Mykonos for transfer to hotel for overnight at Mykonos.

Day 7 – Mykonos to Athens – 24.11.2018 Saturday

Breakfast at the hotel. We will depart in the morning at 09:00 a.m. starting from the old port of Mykonos to enjoy the tour around the island from a different point of view. Full of traditional and authentic images and experiences surround you. This exciting tour will take 4 hours to see the most charming places of Mykonos, ending up in the beautiful narrow streets of Mau. Walking down the coastal paved road, you will head down the famous Matogianni area where you will find clothing and footwear shops of famous fashion brands and you will see attractions such as the 3 wells, the home of Manto Mavrogenous' mother and the Maritime Museum. From there you will continue your walk to the five in a row windmills which still stand proudly as local attraction long after their operation was paused. Crossing the narrow winding paths through the castle of the Chora and the Scarpa area where 'Little Venice' is located which is famous for its picturesque medieval two and three storey houses (you will have 15 minutes free time here), you visit the elaborate church of "Panagia Paraportiani". Depending on ferry operation times, we will have a lunch in Mykonos and then back to Rafina. Arrival to Athens, transfer and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 – Athens / End of Tour – 25.11.2018 Sunday

Breakfast at the hotel. After a little leisure time, transfer to Big Blue Travel offices for presentation and light lunch. Then transfer to the Athens International Airport for the flight back to your country. We hope you have had a memorable time in Turkey and Greece.
